1\/4\/2020 tarihli ve 5121059 sayılı 2020\/8 sayılı İdari Para Cezası Genelgesi<\/a><\/strong>\u2018nin \u201c2.6- Aylık Prim ve Hizmet Belgesi veya Muhtasar ve Prim Hizmet Beyannamesi\u201d başlıklı maddesinde yer alan; \u201cYasal süresi dışında gerek kendiliğinden verilen gerekse Kurumca resen işleme alınabilecek asıl ve ek nitelikteki aylık prim ve hizmet belgelerinde kayıtlı tüm sigortalıların\u00a0hem prim ödeme gün sayısı hem de prime esas kazanç bilgilerinin sıfır olması halinde idari para cezası uygulanmayacaktır.\u201d hükmünü içeren 2.6.1.5.3 numaralı alt madde, 2026 Nisan ayı\/dönemi aylık prim ve hizmet belgesinden\/muhtasar ve prim hizmet beyannamesinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere\u00a0yürürlükten kaldırılmıştır.<\/strong><\/p>\n
