Amaç ve kapsam<\/strong><\/p>\n

MADDE 1-<\/strong>\u00a0(1) Bu Tebliğin amacı, bu Tebliğin ekinde yer alan meslek standartlarının yürürlüğe konulmasını sağlamaktır.<\/p>\n

Dayanak<\/strong><\/p>\n

MADDE 2-<\/strong>\u00a0(1) Bu Tebliğ,\u00a04 sayılı Bakanlıklara Bağlı, İlgili, İlişkili Kurum ve Kuruluşlar ile Diğer Kurum ve Kuruluşların Teşkilatı Hakkında Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kararnamesinin<\/a>\u00a0252\u00a0nci\u00a0maddesi ile\u00a019\/10\/2015\u00a0tarihli ve 29507 sayılı Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yayımlanan\u00a0Ulusal Meslek Standartlarının ve Ulusal Yeterliliklerin Hazırlanması Hakkında Yönetmeliğin<\/a>\u00a010 uncu maddesine dayanılarak hazırlanmıştır.<\/p>\n

Yürürlük<\/strong><\/p>\n

MADDE 3-<\/strong>\u00a0(1) Bu Tebliğ yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.<\/p>\n

Yürütme<\/strong><\/p>\n

MADDE 4-<\/strong>\u00a0(1) Bu Tebliğ hükümlerini Meslek\u00ee Yeterlilik Kurumu Başkanı yürütür.<\/p>\n
