ve kapsam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MADDE 1-<\/strong> (1) Bu Tebli&#287;in amac&#305;, bu Tebli&#287;in ekinde yer alan meslek standartlar&#305;n&#305;n y&#252;r&#252;rl&#252;&#287;e konulmas&#305;n&#305; sa&#287;lamakt&#305;r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dayanak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MADDE 2-<\/strong> (1) Bu Tebli&#287;, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alomaliye.com\/2018\/07\/15\/cumhurbaskanligi-kararnamesi-4\/\">4 say&#305;l&#305; Bakanl&#305;klara Ba&#287;l&#305;, &#304;lgili, &#304;li&#351;kili Kurum ve Kurulu&#351;lar ile Di&#287;er Kurum ve Kurulu&#351;lar&#305;n Te&#351;kilat&#305; Hakk&#305;nda Cumhurba&#351;kanl&#305;&#287;&#305; Kararnamesinin<\/a><\/strong> 252 nci maddesi ile 19\/10\/2015 tarihli ve 29507 say&#305;l&#305; Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay&#305;mlanan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alomaliye.com\/2015\/10\/19\/ulusal-meslek-standartlarinin-ve-ulusal-yeterliliklerin-hazirlanmasi\/\">Ulusal Meslek Standartlar&#305;n&#305;n ve Ulusal Yeterliliklerin Haz&#305;rlanmas&#305; Hakk&#305;nda Y&#246;netmeli&#287;in<\/a><\/strong> 10 uncu maddesine dayan&#305;larak haz&#305;rlanm&#305;&#351;t&#305;r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y&#252;r&#252;rl&#252;k<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MADDE 3-<\/strong> (1) Bu Tebli&#287;
